Website audit

A website audit costs 3 900 CZK, takes me two to three hours and gives you a written 6–10 page report with specific findings. If you then order the build, the audit price is deducted from it. The three biggest problems I will tell you for free.

The three biggest problems I find on the site, by e-mail. No commitment and no strings — all I need is the address.

What the audit covers

Nine areas. Every finding comes with three sentences: what is wrong, why it matters and what to do about it.

Speed and Core Web Vitals
Measured on mobile: LCP, INP and CLS against recommended thresholds. Unresized images, missing WebP, render-blocking scripts.
Google indexing
How many pages Google actually knows about, missing and duplicate titles, multiple H1s on a page, a broken heading structure.
Content and conversion
Usually the biggest find. Does every service have its own page, is a price visible anywhere, is contact one click away, does the form actually work.
Local visibility
Google Business Profile, whether the name and phone match across the site and listings, LocalBusiness schema, the number and age of reviews.
Structured data and AI visibility
JSON-LD for Google, whether content is available without JavaScript, registration in Bing Webmaster Tools and whether AI crawlers are allowed in.
Security and operations
SSL, PHP and CMS versions, when they were last updated, whether backups exist, and above all whether you control the domain and hosting.

What the report looks like

A document that makes sense without me explaining it — and one you can take to any supplier.

  1. 1
    A one-page summary
The three most important problems and an estimate of what each is costing you. This is the page you will read in full.
  2. 2
    Findings sorted by severity
Critical, important and optional. For each one: what is wrong, why it matters and what to do.
  3. 3
    A quote for the fix
Price and timeline. With no obligation to order anything — you can take the report to a competitor.

Frequently asked questions

What do I get from the free mini-audit?
Three specific findings with numbers, not general advice. It takes me twenty minutes and it is the simplest way to find out whether we understand each other before either of us spends money.
Do you need access to my website?
Not for the audit, the address is enough. Access to Search Console and the admin panel makes the report more detailed, but it is not a requirement.
Will you fix what you find?
I can, but I do not have to. The report is written so that anyone can work from it. If you do give me the work, the audit price comes off the build.
How long does an audit take?
I name a date for the audit once I have seen the site. A mini-audit — three findings, no charge — usually goes out with the reply to your enquiry.
