Contact form

When you send a message via the contact form on the homepage, I process the following data:

• name
• e-mail address
• message subject
• message text

Purpose: to handle your inquiry, discuss potential cooperation and follow-up communication.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to a business inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and/or steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Retention: up to 12 months after the inquiry is handled, unless another legal ground requires longer storage (e.g. a signed contract).

Recipients: the message is delivered to the controller by e-mail. Outgoing mail is sent via the SMTP service of WEDOS Internet, a.s.

I do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

A cookie to remember your cookie consent choice (strictly necessary). Without it, the cookie bar preference cannot be stored reliably. A session cookie (PHPSESSID) may also be used for basic technical functionality.

Google reCAPTCHA

Personal data may be processed to the necessary extent by:

• WEDOS Internet, a.s. — website hosting
• Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 and optionally Google reCAPTCHA
• WEDOS Internet, a.s. — outgoing e-mail (SMTP) for messages sent from the contact form
