What I will not tell you about AI

I will not promise you that AI replaces employees, or that an assistant never gets anything wrong. Language models invent things when they are unsure, and the only defence is to restrict them to your documents and have them point to a human when uncertain. That is how I set them up.

I also will not promise you a position in a ChatGPT answer. It cannot be bought, it varies by query and model, and it changes from one day to the next. What can be influenced is whether models are allowed to crawl you, whether you are quotable, and whether anyone mentions you outside your own website. That is exactly what I can work on.

Frequently asked questions

Which AI service pays off first?

Almost always the most boring one: automating a single specific repeated task. A chatbot is visible, but it only creates value where enough people ask about the same things. That is why I start with a 2 900 CZK consultation.

Are API costs included?

For a chatbot, yes — they are part of the monthly fee based on query volume. For one-off projects you pay the provider directly, because there is no point in me marking up something that can be measured exactly.

Where does our data end up?

It depends on the model and we settle it in writing before we start. For company documents I choose settings where the provider does not use data for training. If the data must not leave Europe, say so up front — it changes the choice of tool.

Can you add AI to an existing website?

Yes, a chatbot or search can be added to a website on any platform, WordPress included. Nothing has to be rebuilt.
